In today’s day and age of cell phone use, most states are now enacting laws that require cell phone users to use hands-free products while they are using their cell phones. This will only help drivers utilize their cell phones while driving in the safest way possible. The easiest way to be a law-abiding citizen is to make sure you have a Bluetooth headsets or Bluetooth speaker phone in your car. This will allow you to talk on the phone, but at the same time, allow you to concentrate on the road.

California is one of the biggest states in the union and their highway patrol has created a list of Frequently Asked Questions so drivers in the state of California are able to determine what the law is and how to abide by that law.
